Returns

At Adorn, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind
  • Color differences caused by screen lighting
  • Slight measurement variations
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer
  • Processing time may take 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Adorn.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective items or wrong products received.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
